Emily Buss joined Vident in 2021 and has more than four years of Human Resources and administrative experience. Ms. Buss is responsible for managing Human Resources functions at the firm including employee performance and engagement, leaves, benefits, compensation, and recruiting and hiring staff. She believes that successful stewardship of Human Resources contributes to overall organizational success. Ms. Buss has earned the designation of SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
