Rick Kleban

Director of Investment Operations

Rick Kleban is the Director of Investment Operations at Vident. He is responsible for the middle and back-office functions of the firm, including reconciliations, trade settlements, and managing brokerage and custodial relationships. He has over a decade of investment operations experience with both buy-side and sell-side firms, overseeing exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, hedge funds, securitizations, and private funds. Prior to joining Vident, he held senior operations positions at Angel Oak Capital Advisors, Jane Street Capital, and Noble Americas Corp, where he supported investments across numerous asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currencies, and physical commodities. Mr. Kleban holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Special Concentration in Business Management from Columbia University.
