Adam Longenecker has over a decade of experience building indices, quantitative analytics, and data products for the asset management industry. Adam Longenecker leads Vident’s AI strategy, index operations, and investment technology development. Prior to April 2026, he was Head of Quantitative Research. Previously, he founded Caretta Data, pioneering holdings-centric analytics to help firms generate alpha and manage risk, and served as Director of Quantitative Research at EPFR Global, where he led research and asset allocation strategy development. Earlier, he founded AHL Investment Resources, providing bespoke research for hedge funds, pension funds, and insurers, and began his career as a DCM analyst at Deutsche Bank. He holds a degree in History and International Relations from Centre College and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Florida.
