Director of Information Technology

Davis Hightower has over 20 years of IT experience working in regulated financial services environments. As Director of Information Technology, he is responsible for overall strategic and tactical leadership for the planning, implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of Vident’s IT infrastructure and support services. He leads the development and maintenance of firm IT policies and provides oversight of vendor management and managed outsourced IT providers. Prior to joining Vident, Davis was a Project Engineer at Coretelligent Managed Services where he led and carried out IT projects for clients. Earlier in his career he held senior engineering roles at Thrivent Financial and Ronald Blue & Company. His duties included leading daily operations of computer and network infrastructure and participating as a subject matter expert for initiatives involving the firms’ technology and cybersecurity. Davis is a Microsoft and VMware Certified Professional.
