Deborah Kimery

Deborah Kimery, CFA

COO, CFO

Ms. Kimery has over 30 years of institutional investment management and financial services experience. As Chief Operational Officer and Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for building diverse, high performing, RPRS teams, expanding business capacity, removing obstacles, and overseeing the firm’s finances. She works closely with Vident’s CEO as integrator to execute on firm strategy, strengthen senior leadership alignment and accountability to grow the firm. Prior to joining Vident, she was a senior partner at Ronald Blue & Co. leading home office functions. Deborah began her career as Institutional Portfolio Manager for Union Central Life/Carillon Advisors and then ING. She holds a BS in Accounting and Finance and Master’s in Organizational Behavior from Miami University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and recently completed Harvard’s Executive certification on “Promoting Racial Equity in the Workplace.” She is a co-chair for the Elite Women of Excellence (“EWOE”) Board of Directors, an Atlanta-based 501(c)3 dedicated to inner city and metropolitan area teenage girls.
