Dylan Spruyt is a member of the SMA Portfolio Management team at Vident. He is responsible for supporting direct indexing solutions for clients. Prior to joining Vident, Mr. Spruyt spent two years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an assurance associate, where he was responsible for substantive testing over business combinations (M&A), investments, as well as the design and effectiveness of internal controls of publicly traded banks. Mr. Spruyt Holds a B.S in Accounting from Bob Jones University.
