He brings 20 years of experience in investment operations and performance analysis, supporting a broad range of investment vehicles such as mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and exchange traded funds. His expertise includes performance measurement and attribution, client reporting, and operational oversight. Prior to joining Vident, Mr. Brabant held roles at several asset management firms, most recently EARNEST Partners and MetLife Financial. In these roles, he focused on performance analytics, GIPS compliance, and building operational infrastructure. He has experience across multiple asset classes, including equities and fixed income, and regularly partners with investment, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver accurate and transparent reporting. Mr. Brabant holds an MBA in Financial Management and the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) designation.
