Micoa Thames-Jackson has over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, specializing in Recruitment and Employee Relations. She started her career in HR at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. In July of 2021, after 18 years of employment, she relocated to Georgia from the Chicagoland area. Prior to joining the Vident team, Ms. Thames-Jackson was the HR Director at OptiMed Health Plans, successfully managing the HR department and developing new policies and procedures for their growing business.
