Mike Mannina brings over 20 years of experience building and leading ventures across public policy, international affairs, social enterprise, venture capital, and the nonprofit sector. Before joining Vident, he served as co-founder and CEO of ThriveWorx, an international social enterprise operating at the intersection of coffee and community development. His career includes senior roles in national security and economic policy, including serving as the U.S. Treasury Attaché to Saudi Arabia, supporting post-conflict reconstruction in Afghanistan, and working in both the White House and on Capitol Hill. Mr. Mannina has advised start-ups and venture funds and serves on multiple boards. He holds a Master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with degrees in Finance and Journalism.
