Russell Ayan

Russell Ayan, CFA, FRM

Director of Adviser Solutions

Russ Ayan is an investment professional experienced in asset allocation, portfolio construction, portfolio management, derivatives, direct indexing, and investment risk management. He serves as the Director of Adviser Solutions. In this role, Russ is responsible for management and oversight of investment solutions for the RIA and values-aligned investment channels, as well as other oversight roles within Vident. Prior to joining Vident, he held several investment roles at Wellington Management Company. Before joining Wellington, he had roles at Putnam Investments and Brown Brothers Harriman. Russ earned his MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and his undergraduate degree from Boston College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the Global Association of Risk Professionals Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation, and completed the CKA Core Training course. He previously volunteered as the Chair of the Audit Committee of Grace Chapel in Lexington, MA and currently serves as a member of the Finance Committee. He previously served two terms on the board of trustees of the Waldorf School of Lexington.
